Since working with Maria, all I have to say is, “WOW!” I’ve practised psychiatry for 24 years, and I’ve never experienced this level of deep work in such a short period of time
In the 30+ days since my three-hour session with Maria, I’ve finished writing the book that I’ve been dragging my feet on for three years;
My stage-speaking coach introduced me to Maria. I think she recognized that I had some subconscious mental blocks that were potentially holding me back. She had the foresight to bring Maria in to work with me, and for that, I’m eternally grateful.

After the first session I lost that horrible critical voice and I was able to completely shut down certain family members without any guilt so I had the space for me!
What happened next was I was super energised and attracted and signed up a 5 figure client with so much ease it made my head spin!! Even my husband was blown away.
I hired Maria to help me with getting back to being me again because I felt like a shell of who I used to be. In a nutshell, I was feeling under a lot of pressure from the demands of my family and felt I needed to pause my business and focus on my personal health and wellbeing.
I’m a very empathic person and was struggling with boundaries and energy. I made the decision that I wanted to protect and harness my energy so I could create rapid growth in my business and stop being at the beck and call for everyone without feeling any guilt that I was focusing on myself - because I felt all my energy was being drained by my environment and it was physically manifesting in shakes, enormous self-doubt, frustration and a negative mindset.
That is not who I am at my core. I knew it and I wanted a fast way to get out of my own way and become who I used to be - positive, vibrant, energised and a leader! I knew I needed to do something fast that would work.
I interviewed 3 RTT people and I chose Maria because I felt she was calm, very dedicated to her work and I liked her. I trusted her. I signed up to work with her for a couple of months because I am a realist and know that I need to invest at least that amount of time to start seeing a difference in my achievements.

I have been in several mastermind and mindset coaching programs which all helped, but this has been the one thing I felt has made the radical and most profound shift for me, so much so that I am now introducing Maria to work with my clients.

I was worried that hypnotherapy wouldn’t work for me, because I’m a very analytical person.
Before starting the work with Maria, I’d done a lot of personal development work, so I thought I had discovered any subconscious issues I might have already. But the effect of RTT is not only in discovering subconscious issues that are holding you back.

I am not exaggerating when I say that working with you has been life-changing.
All through my adult life, I have felt ‘not-quite-good-enough’ and on the outside. All of those thoughts and feelings have disappeared and I am brimming with creativity.
I had been struggling with my mental health for 18 months since being made redundant. The issues had been dogging me for years, but my anger and perceived rejection of being made redundant, together with needing to launch a freelance business to bring in the money, was causing me even more frustration and hopelessness.

I have had counselling and coaching in the past, and much of it was very effective at the time. However, there were clearly underlying issues which the previous interventions hadn’t managed to shift. I realise now that this is because I was running beliefs that I was totally unaware of. That’s why I was still struggling, not understanding why.
From our first conversation, I knew working with you would be different. You quickly understood what was holding me back and helped me understand how working with you would change things for the better.
From our first full session, I discovered many aspects of myself that I hadn’t been aware of and felt immediately better. Even when I had a little dip after a couple of weeks, Maria helped me be kind to myself, explaining that this was all part of my healing. After suffering from migraines - and the associated knocks to my self-esteem and confidence after years of feeling debilitated,
I sought out Maria to see what the root causes of the migraines were and whether we could resolve them and help my body heal.
With two young children and my own business, I was ready to act after trying various approaches without success. I have suffered from migraine since I was nine years old, and over the years, they have increased in frequency and severity. I have had top-level treatment from some of the best neurologists in the country, which I am still grateful for, but they treat the symptom, not the cause. I wanted to find out what it was inside my brain that signalled to my body that pain was the answer.
I wanted to be more present for my children and my husband and go back to a version of myself that could have fun without anxiety about feeling ill or causing myself pain. I had had some experience with alternative therapies such as acupuncture and have tried (and failed) with meditation, so although I was unsure about what to expect from RTT, I was fully committed to giving it a go.
Maria was so encouraging from the start, I wasn’t sure how I would feel divulging such personal thoughts, and discussing them, but that worry evaporated as soon as Maria started talking. She has a wonderful way of soothing and encouraging simultaneously. I felt very comfortable during the session, which was so relaxing, for someone who struggles with relaxation it was a bit of a revelation!
There were some very visceral and emotional moments, but Maria helped me navigate them expertly, and I am so glad that these happened because it showed just how deep into my unconscious we had gone to solve the issue.
After the session, I have continued to work with Maria and have been doing daily recordings that she has created specifically for me based on our work. At the moment, I am still doing the hypnosis one that we did during our session because I find myself so relaxed I’m falling asleep to it! After the session, I had seven days clear of migraine (an experience I haven’t had since my teens) and when I did get a headache on the seventh day it was treatable and gone within 24 hours (something I haven’t experienced since I was 9!).
That’s incredible progress that I hoped for but didn’t think would be possible. In my dreams, I would hope for a 20% reduction, but this is truly life-changing. Since the session, I have been able to work every day, keep my focus, and not be exhausted by migraine or in pain. It gives me hope for the future and helps me work towards goals. To anyone who is experiencing chronic pain I would recommend Maria without a doubt, the time I have been able to get back from the demon chronic pain has been reinvested in my family, and that is priceless.
